You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in which you can define, manage, and evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives and develop data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.

Mandatory Requirements: Graduated from a university within the last 12 months from start-date on, full-time availability for 1 year, Turkish & English on an advanced professional level

What you’ll do :  

During the 1 year HPE Graduate Program, you will :

• Partner closely with our field sales teams, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure
• Play a fundamental role in our continued growth by setting and developing sales strategy and relationships for your assigned accounts, territory, or industry area
• Cover all activities from preparation of offers, pricing, contract management and conclusion, up to roll-out management as part of the project management and professional escalation management
• Be our extended sales force to cover sub-accounts of the assigned major accounts to extend our market coverage
• Develop new sales activities, campaigns to develop an incremental funnel

What you’ll need:  

• To have completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2025 or 2026 with a focus in engineering, business management, economics or similar
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
• Experience or a proven interest in sales in combination with a high interest in technology
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and planning skills
• Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution-focused discussions
