• 2026 graduates with less than 1 year of full-time work experience

• Degree in computer science, engineering, design or a related field (each track below lists what fits)

Track 1: AI Software Engineer

You build the AI software behind SpatialSense. You are a software engineer first: you build the backend, APIs, data pipelines and product features our clients use every day, and you bring AI into the product where it adds real value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain backend services, APIs and product features for SpatialSense

• Build data pipelines that process LiDAR point clouds, BIM models, 360° images and video at scale

• Integrate AI and computer vision models into production systems, and make them reliable, fast and scalable

• Write clean, tested, well-documented code, and take part in code reviews

• Deploy and run services on the cloud, and help improve our development and release workflow

• Work with product, design and AI teams to ship features end to end

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field

• Strong Python programming

• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, databases (SQL) and Git

• Understanding of how web services and REST APIs work

• Exposure to ML or computer vision through coursework, a final-year project or side projects

• A GitHub, final-year project or portfolio that shows real code you have written

Nice to have: Django or another backend framework, OpenCV, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), Docker, JavaScript/TypeScript or React, working with BIM or 360° imagery, experience deploying ML models or using LLM APIs, hackathon or competitive programming results

Track 2: Product Designer

You design SpatialSense so it is easy to use and easy to sell, and you work hand in hand with engineers to ship what you design.

Key Responsibilities

• Run user research to understand workflows and pain points

• Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes in Figma

• Design clean, consistent interfaces using our design system

• Design with a commercial eye: make the product look and position well for sales, and support demos and pitches

• Work with engineers through agile sprints so designs are built as intended

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or a related field

• Strong Figma skills

• A portfolio of university, internship or personal projects (required)

• Understanding of design systems and systems thinking

• Self-motivated, with a go-getter attitude

Nice to have: Adobe Creative Suite, AI design tools, interest in B2B or SaaS products.

Track 3: Technical Project Associate

You help drive our projects from kickoff to delivery, keeping engineering, clients and timelines aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Support projects from initiation to completion against scope, timeline and budget

• Work with internal teams and clients to define requirements and deliverables

• Track milestones, schedules and risks, and flag issues early

• Prepare technical proposals, implementation plans, test plans, reports and presentations

• Help improve how we run projects

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field

• Strong organization and multitasking

• Excellent communication in English

• Familiarity with Gantt charts, work breakdown structures and workflow diagrams

• Basic knowledge of Agile and Scrum

Nice to have: knowledge of LiDAR or digital twins, an internship in a tech or software environment.
