Job Summary 

We are seeking a high-level technical strategist to bridge the gap between marketing vision and automated reality. As a GHL Automation Specialist, you will be the primary architect behind sophisticated customer journeys, complex funnel builds, and seamless API integrations. This role is critical to the team’s success, as you will be responsible for scaling operations and maximizing ROI through the power of HighLevel’s all-in-one ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute end-to-end automation workflows and triggers to streamline lead nurturing and conversion.
• Design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages, funnels, and membership sites within the GHL platform.
• Manage and maintain CRM architecture, ensuring clean data segmentation and accurate lead attribution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to SMTP, domain configuration, and third-party integrations.
• Develop and implement SMS and email marketing sequences that drive engagement and retention.
• Monitor account snapshots and perform regular audits to ensure peak performance across all client sub-accounts.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform with a portfolio of successful builds.
• Deep understanding of CRM logic, workflow triggers, and custom values/fields.
• Experience with Zapier or Make (Integromat) for connecting GHL to external applications.
• Strong technical grasp of DNS settings, email deliverability protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and webhooks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical workflows into actionable business insights.
• Experience with CSS/HTML for advanced funnel customization.
• Knowledge of Facebook Lead Ads and Google Ads integration.
• Background in copywriting or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• GHL Certification or specialized training credentials.
