General Manager Cadet Program

Bring your MBA experience to our GM Cadet that will propel you to a commercial leadership role at Danaher. With a mindset of continuous improvement, you’ll take everything you’ve learned to the next level - and keep going.

During the duration of four to five years, you’ll graduate through three rotations in three functional areas which are:

• Sales
• Service
• Product Management

Which giving you time to master competencies from each progression before conquering the next. Along the way, you’ll receive sponsorship and coaching from our top executives, and you’ll get crucial feedback through regular assessments and various learning activities. At the end of the program, you'll have an amazing depth of industry knowledge, business connections and big wins in your career. And you’ll be ready to take on a Danaher Senior Leader role at one of our 15+ Operating Companies.

Interview Process:

1st Round: AI + Hiring Officer

You will complete an online video interview. Do complete this interview as the required step for further interview with hiring officer.

2nd Round: Assessment + On-site Panel Interview

Leadership potential assessment is planned for the selected students from the 1st round, and top candidates will be invited to our Hiring Day with Sr. Leaders / Executives in Nov in Shanghai. During that time, we will assess your competencies from multiple dimensions.

Qualifications for GM Cadet:

We seek for qualified MBA talent who not only possess the right educational background, but also match our culture's extremely high standards, passion for solving business problems as well as our determination to succeed.

• Applicants must hold a top-tier MBA degree and have graduated in 2026 or be expected to graduate in 2027.
• 7-10 years (min. 7 years) overall career experience and proven track record in dealing with complex challenges.
• Background and/or experience in Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Operations Service, Engineering / Application preferred.
• Long-term aspiration to become a GM/Commercial Leader.
• Entrepreneurship to push the limit on innovation.
• Strong potential to adapt and lead the team with followership.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin and have work authorization in China.
