About the job 

As a Global Specialist, Performance & Commercial Insights on the BEES Expansion team, you will play a key role in analyzing and generating insights about the countries that are in their digitalization journey. The BEES Expansion team supports full digital transformation of the market, the implementation of the BEES platform, and the adoption of the platform by ABI’s customers in that market.
You will work closely with Commercial and Data teams to ensure business decisions are powered by reliable data, clear measurement frameworks, and meaningful performance insights.

What You'll Do 

• Analyze business performance across Expansion markets, identify growth opportunities and performance gaps, and recommend actions to accelerate value creation.
• Assess and evolve commercial measurement frameworks to ensure performance is accurately monitored and business objectives are met.
• Own and evolve performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting routines to provide visibility into business performance and strategic priorities.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency across dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on KPI definitions, methodologies, and best practices.
• Transform complex analyses into clear and compelling executive-level communications, presentations, and recommendations.
• Partner with Data and Commercial teams to prioritize analytical solutions, define business requirements, validate outputs, and ensure delivery of high-impact data products.
• Support forecasting, annual planning, and target-setting processes through data-driven analysis and business insights.

 What You'll Bring

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, business intelligence, commercial analytics, performance management, or related fields.
• Strong commercial acumen and business judgment with the ability to translate business challenges into analytical problem statements.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across functions, teams, and cultures.
• Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL; experience with Python or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven environments is a plus.
