Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Power Transmission productivity strategy, priorities, roadmap and governance.
• Drive improvement across factory performance, with focus on AI and Automation, sourcing and product engineering.
• Translate business and financial targets into clear initiatives, owners, milestones and measurable results.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of productivity opportunities aligned with the business strategy and provide a platform for the business line to track and measure initiatives.
• Ensure productivity results are measured consistently, financially validated and visible in the business results.
• Maintain execution pace through clear accountability, regular reviews and timely escalation of roadblocks.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Commercial and Project Execution.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and mobilise teams to support improvement beyond their daily responsibilities.
• Promote the sharing and replication of best practices across products, functions and sites.
• Act as a role model for Lean, continuous improvement, accountability and the GE Vernova One Team culture.

• Productivity initiatives deliver measurable and financially validated results, meeting the targets set in the budget and long term strategy planning

• Improvement streams have clear ownership, milestones and strong execution discipline.

• Best practices are replicated across Power Transmission.

• Lean and continuous improvement become part of everyday business leadership.

• The productivity team is recognised as a trusted partner that helps the business deliver better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing or project-based business.
• Strong Operations or Finance experience is a major advantage.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable productivity, cost, cash or operational performance improvements.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
