About this role:

Just Eat Takeaway is building the next generation of partner acquisition, onboarding and partner success. As a Technical Process Manager – Omnichannel, you sit at the heart of this work — translating high-level commercial goals into detailed, buildable process specifications for Salesforce, self-service, and agentic tooling across the partner journey.

You don't just document how things work today; you challenge the status quo and propose radical improvements. You are the connective tissue between commercial intent and technical execution, aligning domain experts, solution architects, UX designers, and developers into one coherent delivery stream.

You independently own requirements documentation and testing execution within agreed design frameworks, escalating cross-platform architecture changes to the Principal Process Architect.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Requirements engineering: Translate high-level commercial goals into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce (evolving for both SMB and strategic account sellers), Partner Hub, agentic tooling, and partner CRM workstreams. You independently author user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flow diagrams to a standard sufficient for direct development handoff — down to specifics like the mandatory Salesforce data points required to trigger contract generation in our self-service journey.

Solution design and radical improvement: Challenge existing process designs to propose improvements, applying practical knowledge of Salesforce and agentic platform capabilities to identify technically superior alternatives. You present recommendations in design reviews, and you're here to improve things radically, not incrementally.

Gap analysis and impact assessment: Conduct gap analysis on existing functional requirements, producing structured impact assessments that document system touchpoints, data dependencies, and downstream effects. Flag risks and dependencies clearly for stakeholders; assessments are reviewed by the Principal Process Architect before approval.

Delivery documentation: Create and maintain end-to-end process documentation with entry and exit criteria, system touchpoints, decision logic, and external dependencies across assigned workstreams, held in the central process repository as a complete package describing how a process should work.

Testing and validation: Drive E2E testing and validation for tooling and process changes. You independently write and execute test scripts, manage defect logging, and confirm sign-off criteria are met before each production release, so operational enhancements roll out smoothly and without disruption. No downstream impact gets overlooked.

Stakeholder engagement: Engage process and topic owners and domain experts across sales, customer service, web, and operations, alongside solution architects, UX and web designers, and developers.

What will you bring to the table?

• 6+ years in business analysis or technical product management, with hands-on Salesforce experience.
• A proven record of producing developer-ready specs: user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams that tech teams can execute against effortlessly.
• Familiarity with self-service journey design and agentic tooling. Salesforce Agentforce is a strong advantage.
• Strong systems thinking: gap analysis, downstream impact assessment, and edge case identification. You spot the hidden impacts and potential disruptions to existing ways of working before they become real-world issues.
• Cross-domain breadth across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service — you understand the priorities and language of each, and how those functions connect.
• Confident communication at every level, from daily standups with engineers to aligning process scope with senior commercial and product stakeholders.
• Self-starter with curiosity. You don't wait for problems to be handed to you; you proactively spot improvement opportunities and act on them.
• AI native. You're comfortable integrating AI tools into your daily workflow, from drafting and analysis to process discovery and documentation acceleration.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification strongly preferred.
