As a consulting manager working with SAP Capability team, you shall be responsible for the overall management of SAP solutions in the project. You will be expected to drive and oversee client workshops to understand their business requirements and develop as well as advice consultants in solutioning to achieve requirements. You will be working as a thought leader in driving client conversations, lead POV development, business development activities with an intent to grow the practice engagement.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage teams of analysts and consultants
• Initiate, plan, and execute SAP projects
• Ensure that SAP solutions are aligned with business needs
• Keep up-to-date on the latest SAP releases and developments
• Conduct performance reviews for the team members
• Support recruitment activities and other COE initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and support projects
• Advanced English
• Availability to travel may be required.

 

Desired Skills:

• Experience in implementing one or more of the following SAP modules:  production planning PP, material management MM, quality management QM, warehouse management WM and/or EWM, LM, MES, LIMS, PLM.
• Certified Project Manager (PMP), Activate Project Management is a plus
• Experience with change management
