As part of our Smart Aftersales Service team, you will work with global clients across asset-intensive industries, helping them improve asset visibility, predictive maintenance capabilities, installed base management, and connected service outcomes through innovative technologies and industry-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Connected Service and IoT transformation initiatives.
• Design and optimize connected asset and installed base management processes.
• Contribute to predictive maintenance, remote monitoring, digital twins, and asset performance management programs.
• Support service BOM and parts data management initiatives.
• Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support system integrations, data migration, and platform implementation.
• Contribute to business development activities and thought leadership assets.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English.
• University Degree
• 2–5 years (Analyst) or 5–9 years (Consultant) of experience in connected service, IoT/telematics, installed base management, EAM, or aftersales service operations—with platform exposure.
• 10–15 years (Manager) or 15–20 years (Senior Manager) of experience in connected service, IoT/telematics, installed base management, EAM, or aftersales service operations—with platform exposure.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Connected Service, IoT, telematics, EAM, PLM, or aftersales service organizations.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, remote diagnostics, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance.
• Exposure to platforms such as:
  • PTC ThingWorx
  • PTC Windchill
  • Siemens Teamcenter
  • SAP EAM / PM / PLM
  • Oracle
  • Microsoft D365

Industrial Equipment, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, High-Tech, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or related industries.
