The Role

This is a full-time, flexible, hybrid 6 month internship based in Madrid.

We're looking for a proactive, all-round Marketing Intern to support our team across multiple international markets (AU, EU, US, CA). You'll have a strong focus on CRM, Social Media, and Online Reputation, while also supporting lead generation, local market activations and marketing projects across the business. You'll own day-to-day marketing activities and get broad exposure to how marketing works in a fast-growing, international company.

You will work closely with the Marketing and local teams to help design and execute campaigns, maintain consistent communication with our users, and support any marketing initiatives required by the business.

Responsibilities

CRM & Lifecycle Support

• Support the execution of CRM campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app) across markets and customer touchpoints
• Help maintain customer journeys, templates and messaging
• Support segmentation, campaign QA and basic performance tracking

Social Media Management

• Support the planning, creation, and scheduling of content for our social media channels
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and report insights
• Stay up to date with trends and suggest ideas to improve content and engagement

CRO, Online Reputation & Marketplaces

• Manage on-site pop-ups and lead capture forms
• Manage our presence on Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Trustpilot, Apple Maps, Bing Places and Reddit, including replying to reviews
• Keep marketplace listings up to date and follow up on leads

General Marketing Support

• Coordinate campaigns, launches and branding requests (flyers, in-store assets, etc.) with local teams and our designer, following them through to on-time delivery
• Keep marketing assets, documentation and calendars up to date
• Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives across our international markets
• Own projects such as a brand audit across markets, and help with new initiatives as the business grows

Requirements

Must have

• Currently studying Marketing or a related field and eligible for a 6-month “contrato de practicas” through your university/educational establishment 
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Hands-on experience creating social media content; comfortable with Canva
• Familiar with CRM or email tools (e.g. Intercom, HubSpot, Klaviyo), basic segmentation a plus
• Comfortable with Google Sheets
• Proactive and highly organised, able to manage requests from several markets and stakeholders at once
• AI-literate and keen to use tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to work smarter
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability; you thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and actively seek feedback

Nice to have

• French or German
• Meta Business Suite
• Basic analytics (GA4, Amplitude) and SEO
• Basic SQL
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
