We are seeking a growth-oriented, analytical Global Digital Marketing Director to lead performance marketing across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER. You will oversee a global media team, driving acquisition, performance, and brand relevance across all markets.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in executing and trading daily search strategies to maximize potential growth in all regions. Search, data analytics, and statistics, alongside a proven track record of scaling full-funnel performance marketing for global enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities & Impact Areas

• Customer Acquisition: Architect multi-channel growth strategies to acquire HNW and EIP cohorts globally.
• Media Budget Ownership: Manage direct performance investments to maximize CAC efficiency, AOV, and EBITDA growth.
• Full-Funnel Strategy: Lead localized performance campaigns across NA, Europe, UK, APAC, and MEA, integrating Search (PMax), Paid Social, Affiliates, Programmatic..
• Search Excellence: Champion Search, Shopping, and potentially AI-driven automated bidding to secure market-leading visibility for high-intent terms.
• Analytics & Attribution:
• Commercial Alignment: Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Brand, and Finance to translate drops and buys into high-converting campaigns.
• Partner Negotiations: Lead contact with major adtech platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) to secure beta access and competitive rates.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and scale a global team of 37 performance marketers, fostering a high-performance, test-and-learn culture.

Candidate Qualifications & Expertise

• Experience: 15+ years in digital performance marketing, with 5+ years leading global acquisition in luxury ecommerce or retail, from a multi-brand background.
• Acquisition Mastery: Proven success scaling acquisition for high-value segments across paid search, paid social, automation, and affiliates.
• P&L Management: Experience managing annual digital budgets, delivering strong ROI, low CAC, and high EBITDA contribution.
• Data & Analytics: Strong statistical background with expertise in GA4, MMM, DDA, and predictive LTV frameworks.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and presenting strategies to C-suite stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
