Über diese Gig Community, Executive / Assistant Manager Stelle bei Fuku
Every week, thousands of students, stay-home parents, caregivers and full time freelancers in Singapore look for flexible work that fits around their lives. FastGig makes that simple: part-time gigs in F&B, retail, events, hospitality and warehousing, with weekly pay, no interviews and rewards for every gig. More than 85,000 users have booked gigs with us at brands like McDonald’s, FairPrice, Decathlon, Watsons and Wok Hey.
We’re looking for a Gig Community, Executive/Assistant Manager to grow and energise our community of Gig Workers (Giggers). You’ll bring new Giggers onto the app, help them land their first gig quickly, and give them reasons to keep coming back, both online and on the ground. You’ll report to the Head of Business Unit and own the results. We’ll hire at Executive or Assistant Manager level depending on your experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Grow the community on the ground - Run roadshows and pop-up booths at campuses, MRT hubs, malls and heartland neighbourhoods. Build partnerships with universities, polytechnics, ITEs and private schools through career fairs, CCA tie-ups and student ambassador programmes.
• Grow the community online - Plan and run content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and WhatsApp that turns followers into registered Giggers. Work with Marketing team to manage paid campaigns, banners and EDMs, testing creatives and offers to lower cost per registration. Work with Product on in-app messages and push notifications, and design referral, first-gig and loyalty campaigns with the FastGig Rewards programme.
• Match the right Giggers to the right gigs - Promote under-filled gigs, locations and time slots so applications spread across all open vacancies. Build a smooth first-gig journey for new sign-ups, and work closely with Operations to fill urgent and large-volume shifts.
• Build loyalty and trust - Host appreciation events, Gigger-of-the-Month recognition and community meet-ups. Collect Gigger stories (with consent) and turn them into content that shows what working with FastGig is really like.
• Partner with employers - Work with F&B chains, retailers and warehouses to create short, role-specific training such as service-crew basics, POS and packing standards. Use employer feedback to improve how well Giggers fit each job.
• Measure and improve - Track the full funnel from registration to completed shift, by channel. Share a short weekly report and move budget and effort toward what works. You’ll be measured on registrations, applications, matching, first-gig success and fulfilment, with targets agreed together in your first 30 days.
Who You Are:
You get energy from people, whether that’s a student at a booth or an outlet manager on the phone. You’re creative and hands-on: you come up with the campaign idea, set up the booth, shoot the video and post it yourself. You stay calm when a shift needs filling by tomorrow morning.
• 2–3 years’ experience (Executive) or 4–5 years including leading campaigns, managing vendors or supervising student ambassadors (Assistant Manager) in community management, growth or performance marketing, recruitment marketing or brand activation
• A track record of high-volume sign-up or hiring campaigns (e.g. part-timers, delivery riders, promoters, event crew), with numbers to show for it
• Experience growing and moderating communities on Telegram and WhatsApp Business
• Experience running roadshows or activations, including venue booking and managing vendors and booth crew
• Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, simple charts) to track funnel performance across channels.
• Working knowledge of PDPA and Do Not Call (DNC) requirements for collecting sign-ups and running WhatsApp, SMS or email marketing
• Able to work some evenings and weekends for roadshows and events (with time off in lieu in return)
It’s a plus if you’ve worked in gig, staffing, HR-tech, F&B or retail, run a referral, loyalty or campus ambassador programme, created training materials for frontline workers.
