SWOT Hospitality is seeking for the season 2027 an experienced and dynamic General Manager for Onero Milos Hotel to lead the overall operations of the property and ensure an exceptional guest experience while driving operational excellence and business performance.

THE ROLE

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the property, leading the team and ensuring the highest standards across all operational departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departments.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team, fostering a positive and high-performance working environment.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistently high service standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the property's business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, costs and overall profitability.
• Work closely with department heads to achieve operational and commercial targets.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, training and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards and applicable legislation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Represent the property professionally and contribute to its positioning and reputation in the market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior operational management position within luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations and guest experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in luxury boutique hotels or high-end hospitality environments will be highly valued.
