The Difference You Will Make
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar and restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts, controlling cost of goods, achieving set performance targets, making action plans, and building a team that maintains superior results.

What You’ll Bring: 

Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar area of focus preferred.

ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.

TABC Certification where applicable
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant, bartending or hospitality industry.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment, with occasional periods of time seated to perform administrative tasks.

Location and Travel: Position will be based in Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
