  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
  • Identify recurring equipment problems and communicate findings to Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement activities focused on equipment reliability, performance, safety, and reduction of production downtime.
  • Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
  • Follow applicable cleanroom, gowning, contamination-control, and GMP requirements when performing work in controlled manufacturing areas.

  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, controls, sensors, and troubleshooting practices applicable to manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, and other maintenance and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and follow GMP requirements, SOPs, equipment procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to accurately complete work orders, maintenance records, equipment logs, and other required documentation.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, schematics, and equipment instructions.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use computerized maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and other team members.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
  • Ability to work in cleanroom and GMP-controlled manufacturing environments while following applicable gowning and operating procedures.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift and move materials, tools, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, overtime, or holidays when required.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as required.
  • Technical training, trade certifications, apprenticeships, or additional relevant hands-on maintenance experience are a plus.

What You'll Bring
