Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsability:
- Performing General Ledger accounting activities and financial document processing
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of General Ledger postings, including accruals, provisions, and payroll entries
- Conducting Balance Sheet reconciliations and account analysis
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
- Preparing financial reports, KPIs, and management information
- Executing internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting policies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Record-to-Report and other finance functions
- Investigating and resolving accounting queries and discrepancies
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Maintaining accounting procedures and process documentation
- Working in SAP S/4HANA and other finance-related system
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Experience in accounting and financial processes
- Knowledge of IFRS and accounting best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel functionalities
- Fluent English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- Continuous improvement and growth mindset
- Curiosity and openness to new technologies and automation solutions
- Team-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail
