You will be involved in assisting the team with assignments on our clients, including: 

General Assurance (GA)

You will be involved in assisting the team with Assurance assignments, including:  

• Analysing and organising financial data

• Performing simple audit procedures, including inspecting accounting records and other financial documents

• Evaluating the results of audit procedures performed and preparing audit documentation

• Liaising with clients for documents and requests

• Providing assistance during the financial statements review process 

General Assurance Data Analytics (GADA)

• Performing data cleansing and transformation using Alteryx and SQL

• Launching data analysis on business processes such as journal entry, payroll, procurement to derive actionable insights

• Driving report integrity and computation reviews to drive audit efficiencies

• Ensuring data integrity, quality control checks and reconciliations when performing data analysis

• Developing data visualization dashboards on Tableau or Power BI to identify trends, outlier and patterns in business processe

• Driving the transition from traditional analytical tools and rule-based workflows to Agentic AI and generative AI data architectures (e.g., Copilot and ChatPwC)

• Delivering results and present insights to internal leaders as well as external clients

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and issues

• Reviewing process efficiencies and make recommendations for process improvement

• Managing multiple concurrent audit support jobs and ensure that the results are delivered within agreed timeline 

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accountancy in Sustainability Management and Analytics students participating in the Work-Study Degree Programme from Nanyang Technological University

• Deep interest in audit and the digitalization of the profession 

• Strong technical and analytical skill sets 

• Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL 

• Strong knowledge in using data automation tools such as Alteryx, VBA etc (not mandatory) 

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Qlik Sense or Power BI 

• Ability to pick up new technological tools quickly

• Are keen to develop themselves in the profession 

• Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative
