If you have strong analytical skills, enjoy working with complex data and are passionate about supporting the successful delivery of digital and IT projects, this is an opportunity to contribute to an exciting and strategically important programme.

An inclusive, innovative culture that invests in you, giving you access to an incredible breadth and depth of opportunities to grow your career and make a difference.

What You Will Be Doing

As a GCAP IT Programme Analyst, you will provide operational and programme support, ensuring effective project coordination, governance and reporting across the Digital & IT portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating IT projects through the project lifecycle, from initial planning and approval through to delivery, ensuring governance requirements and key milestones are achieved.
  • Maintaining accurate project data, dashboards and portfolio tracking systems, gathering inputs from Project Managers to monitor progress, performance and delivery commitments.
  • Monitoring programme expenditure, supporting budgeting and financial analysis, and tracking investment value and benefit realisation.
  • Supporting programme governance processes, including the preparation of Investment Committee papers, project documentation and approval submissions.
  • Engaging with Digital & IT stakeholders to coordinate project activities, manage information requirements and identify risks to delivery against agreed service levels.
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for programme leadership, providing clear insights into project performance, financial status, risks and key milestones.

Who We're Looking For

At Rolls-Royce, we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple, and make a difference. These principles guide us and are an essential part of our assessment process.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience supporting digital or IT projects and programmes within a large organisation, ideally in a regulated, engineering or industrial technology environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial tracking, project performance reporting and assessing investment value.
  • Knowledge of project and programme management methodologies, ideally supported by an APMP, PMI or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge and experience of Oracle Primavera Cloud or similar project and portfolio management systems.
  • An understanding of project governance, approval processes, procurement and programme reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Our vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future. Our multi-year transformation programme aims to turn Rolls-Royce into a high-performing, competitive, resilient and growing company. Join us, and it can be your future vision too.

Rolls-Royce is committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.

Please be aware that priority will be given to employees identified as being at high risk.
