Responsibilities
Perform all kinds of manual testing
Closely assist the programming team with testing specific changes before code is submitted to the main developer branches
Write new and maintain existing automated tests (Python/Pytest and Lua)
Follow priorities set by the QA Lead to ensure team-wide goals are met
Test and help improve our production pipelines and tools
Act as the first point of contact for the production team on technical issues
Requirements
Experience in programming and/or scripting
Familiarity working with game engines
Background using Perforce or other version control systems
Good judgment in estimating the significance and consequences of bugs
A rigorous, methodical, and resourceful approach to your work
Self-disciplined, with strong self-learning skills
Good communication skills, spoken and written, in English
Passion for video games
Desire to build a long-term career in QA
Nice To Haves
Prior experience in QA is a big plus
Knowledge of JIRA and Jenkins
Familiarity with the RPG genre
