Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

·       Creating visually stunning Motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms.

·       Should possess a strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and related plugins.

• Should understand and practice animation principles.
• Should understand typography, and other design elements like colour palette.

·       List of software and tools the candidate should be proficient in, such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D,3ds max, Maya, Illustrator, and Photoshop. 

·       Experience in Rigging and animation would be added advantage.

·       Experience with Unity engine would be great.

·       Basic understanding of Unity Particles, Animator, 2D Scene Setup, Shaders, Debugging skill for performance related issues.

·       Collaborate with game artists and designers to conceptualize and create compelling 2D/3D animations, visual effects, and motion graphics.

·       Work closely with the software engineers and technical artists to prepare animations or integration into the game.

• Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions.
• Communicate with the game designer and development team in an iterative development process.

·       Ability to push creative projects from concept to final execution with minimal supervision.

·       Collaborating with the team on the execution of both large and small projects with the same enthusiasm.

·       Ability to communicate well with different people even under pressure.

·       Be passionate, motivated, and excited about what you do!

·       Willing to be trained to upgrade skill.

Core Skills

• Adobe Suite with confidence in After effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
•  Exposure with Spine 2D
• Good knowledge with Unity
• Good knowledge with Blender

Qualifications

·       4+ or professional experience in 2D/3D animation and/or motion graphic design.

·       Gaming industry or similar experience is preferred.

·       Experience with Spine2D animation Software would be great.

·       Experience with Unity engine would be great.

AI exposure

·       Strong familiarity with AI tools and models

·       Ability to create concepts and animations with writing prompts and developing tools for Adobe suite or Autodesk.

Education

• Preferably, a university (bachelor or Masters) degree in a related Fine Arts / Visual Communication field.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• Accountable for all or significant portion of an Animation or Scene in Unity.
