Job Description

The Future Bankers Program at UOB Indonesia is a comprehensive development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of banking leaders. Job Responsibilities:**

* Actively participate in structured rotations across different business units to build skill in sales

* Develop a strong understanding of UOB Indonesia's products, services, and operational processes.
* Engage in continuous learning and professional development through workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve departmental and program objectives.
* Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management on various business topics.
* Adhere to all UOB policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
