Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and NoSQL databases. The role will focus on building and maintaining high-performance enterprise web applications across both front-end and backend layers.

The successful candidate will develop responsive user interfaces, scalable backend services, REST APIs, and efficient data solutions. The role will contribute to application performance, build and deployment automation, debugging, monitoring, testing, production support, and Agile delivery practices.

Software Requirements

Required

• ReactJS: 5+ years of experience developing responsive web applications and reusable UI components.
• NodeJS: 5+ years of experience developing backend services and REST APIs.
• JavaScript and TypeScript: 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
• HTML and CSS: 5+ years of experience creating responsive and accessible web interfaces.
• NoSQL databases: 5+ years of experience with data storage, retrieval, and efficient data management.
• React concepts: Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, reusability, and maintainable UI design.

• Develop scalable and responsive enterprise web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through planning sessions, stand-ups, refinement meetings, code reviews, testing discussions, and production support activities.
• Deliver application features, reusable components, automated build and deployment changes, performance improvements, defect fixes, monitoring updates, and technical documentation.
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, make implementation decisions within established standards, and escalate risks affecting quality, performance, security, or delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant education and professional experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of professional experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated experience with REST APIs, performance tuning, debugging, monitoring, build automation, CI/CD, testing, and production support.
• Relevant certifications in web development, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud technologies, DevOps, or Agile delivery are preferred but not mandatory.
• Maintain continuous professional development in full-stack engineering, ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, NoSQL technologies, performance optimization, CI/CD, security, and modern web development practices.
