Job Title: Full Stack Engineer
Experience Required: 8 to 12 years
Job Summary
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. You will use your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leveraging new technologies, you will apply a cloud-first and agile mindset to solve challenging business problems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams, you will contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Continuously improve code quality through code reviews and testing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Owns service-level design, scalability, resilience, and security.
- Guides squad on design patterns, integration architecture, and data flows.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in React Redux (Required).
- Java/Spring Boot
- Distributed caching (Redis)
- Kubernetes
Nice to Have
- Expert proficiency in Advanced Front-End Development NodeJs.
- Expert proficiency in Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, and TypeScript.
