Summary:
In the role of Industry Subject Matter Advisor, a typical day involves engaging directly with client project teams to offer specialized knowledge across various domains including functional, technical, and industry-specific areas. This position requires active collaboration to guide the design and delivery of effective solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. The role demands continuous interaction with diverse stakeholders to address challenges and support the successful implementation of project objectives, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex issues that impact project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in full stack development.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable applications using modern frameworks and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across front-end and back-end components.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and architecture principles to support robust solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
