About your role:
At Fiserv, we are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You will be part of a dedicated team ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical business applications. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing guidance to end-users, and collaborating with various teams to improve application performance and reliability.

What you'll do:

• Provide expert-level support for business applications, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, collaborating with development teams as needed.
• Monitor application performance and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Document support activities, maintain detailed logs, and develop user guides and training materials.
• Mentor junior support staff and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Experience you'll need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in application support
• 6+ months of direct experience with our internal Fiserv systems
• 2+ years of experience in SQL databases
• 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Must possess U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card) status
• 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Experience with automation and scripting languages

How you’ll work:

• This role requires regular use of a computer, phone, and audio/video collaboration equipment.

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
