The Frontend Infrastructure Services Expert is responsible to design, technically setup and ensure monitoring of the environment (MECM/SCCM, Nexthink solution, GPO, MFA, Microsoft 365 services, AV solution) for the deployment and management of the endpoints (Dekstop PCs, laptops, mobile devices). Performs  other entrusted activities within Frontend infrastructure.

Cooperates on design and maintenance of hardware & software standards, software images & software packages and deployment, endpoint policies, methodology including device security and lifecycle management.

Involved in L2/L3 incident and request management of Frontend infrastructure.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / KLÍČOVÉ ODPOVĚDNOSTI

·           Controls a design, setup, maintenance, monitoring and administration of Nexthink solution or any Endpoint Management Tool and Microsoft 365 environment. Participates on preparation and delivery packages and updates into Endpoints.

·           Participates on preparation of new principles and processes within Nexthink solution or any Endpoint Management Tool, SCCM solution and Microsoft 365 strategy.

·           Configures Endpoint Management tool to ensure that PC’s, laptops and other mobile access devices are deployed and maintained to high standards of performance and security including network access, encryption and backup standards.

·           Creates and maintain relevant documentation, GDLs, SOPs and guides for other IT people across Zentiva affiliates.

·           Advises, analyzes, researches complex integrated solutions for managing the Endpoint solutions.

·           Provides technical assistance to other Infrastructure team members to ensure integrity of the FrontEnd infrastructure.

·           Assist in the creation and updating of company security policies and other documentation related to entrusted area.

·           Assess, research and recommend improvements or upgrades of new features and technologies related to Endpoints and Frontend Infrastructure.

·           Work with internal and third party teams on activities improving services.

·           Assesses technical needs for potential new solutions / projects.

·           The employee will perform other tasks under the direction of the Manager within the agreed type of work.

Experience / Zkušenosti:

• Experience working in IT complex environment – 5+ years

• Experience with Endpoint Management tool – Nexthink is a plus – design, administration, maintenance, monitoring

• Experience with SCCM (MECM) – design, administration, maintenance, monitoring, related powershell. Image creation, testing and deployment, Application deployment toolkit and patch management is a plus

• Experience with Microsoft 365 – design, administration, maintenance, monitoring, related powershell

• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop design, customization, implementation and support is required

• Experience in field of MS Windows based infrastructure

• Knowledge of bitlocker, antivirus and security principles

• Ability to identify and define Endpoint issues; recommend and implement solutions
