As a Front Office Administrative Assistant, you will be a vital part of the Company by directly supporting and completing the day-to-day activities that support the administrative/dispatch team for our Lebanon, NH District.  The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring confidential activities that support the district towards overall success.

Your Responsibilities:  

• Tracking and assisting on hitting deadlines for various projects

• Process adjustments to customer accounts timely and accurately

• Demonstrate strong initiative on trouble shooting and research

• Ensure proper customer follow-up

• Processing daily deposits

• Handling customer escalations

• Supporting the Input team to meet their billing obligations.

• You will be the face of the company for all visitors, assuring all customers and visitors are greeted properly

Your Experience:  

• Post-secondary education, certificate program in business or a related field, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience working in an administrative capacity

The expected hourly range for this position is $23.00-$28.75. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills
