Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluent French (spoken and written) and English (B2 or higher).
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM systems; GDS knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
