Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Receives booking from customers, books with airlines and truckers, coordinates with airlines for the arrival of shipments, sends arrival notification to destinations/customers.

• Handles the checking of arrivals, pre-alert and documentation for Import shipments

• Ensures the timely pre-alert, correct and proper documentation to avoid any amendments

• Ensures Proper monitoring of shipments, communication with internal and external customers including Origin for any concern or issue for faster resolution

• Handles internal and external inquiries pertaining to clearance of shipments and PH Customs Rules and Regulations

• Handles submission of e-manifest on a timely manner and ensure its accuracy.

• Handles the preparation and submission of Report to CAB and other report as maybe assigned
