Envision Employment Solutions is expanding! We're looking for experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultants to partner with our growing team.
THE ROLE
You'll work with us on a freelance basis, running full cycle recruitment on client requisitions across a wide range of roles, with a strong focus on technology. Most of the work will be technical, spanning software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps and emerging tech, alongside non technical hiring across functions. The mix usually sits at around 60% technical and 40% non technical, and it shifts with client demand. You set your own schedule and work from wherever suits you, and the better you place, the more you earn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Recruitment & Delivery
- Take ownership of assigned requisitions and deliver them end to end, from sourcing to offer
- Understand each role and client brief in detail, and adapt your approach to technical and non technical hiring
- Work on both high volume and niche roles depending on client needs
- Build and maintain your own pipelines of strong candidates across the functions we hire for
Sourcing & Talent Engagement
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, job boards, referrals and your own network
- Build strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the process
- Represent Envision professionally and deliver a positive candidate experience at every step
Screening & Submission
- Screen candidates thoroughly for skills, experience and cultural fit before submission
- Submit well prepared shortlists with clear candidate summaries
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates through to offer and joining
Reporting & Collaboration
- Keep candidate records and progress updated in our ATS
- Share regular updates on pipeline status with the Envision team
- Flag market insights, salary trends and candidate feedback that could help close roles faster
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of recruitment experience with a strong technical focus, plus exposure to non technical and high volume hiring
- Agency or consulting recruitment experience is a strong plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
- A strong network and confident command of sourcing tools and platforms
- Hands on experience managing the full recruitment cycle
- Experience with ATS systems (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus)
- Self motivated, organised and able to deliver results without close supervision
- Comfortable with a commission only model
- Your own laptop and a reliable internet connection
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
