As a Fraud Investigation Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex regulatory landscapes, helping them maintain compliance and manage risks effectively. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will provide strategic advice and solutions, enhancing clients' internal controls and mitigating risks. This role involves working closely with clients to confirm adherence to regulatory requirements and offering guidance on compliance strategies.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and share alternative perspectives. Your leadership will guide teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations and reinforcing professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading fraud investigation projects and managing client relationships to deliver strategic solutions

- Guiding teams in the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and regulatory strategies

- Utilizing analytical thinking and data analysis to identify and mitigate risks in complex regulatory environments

- Building and maintaining compliance programs, including anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance

- Promoting adherence to regulatory standards and enhancing internal controls for clients

- Directing compliance audits and reviews to validate adherence to legal and regulatory requirements

- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that communicate compliance strategies and outcomes

- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying compliance challenges and opportunities

- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams

- Making informed decisions to resolve issues that hinder team effectiveness and project success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- At least 10 to 15 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- End to end experience in investigating Card Fraud, Wire Fraud, Online Account Fraud, and Check Fraud.

- Hands-on exposure to Identity Theft, Account Takeover (ATO), Profile Takeover, Account Abuse, and Scam investigations.

- Experience using fraud tools and working in high-volume fraud investigation environments.
