As a FP&A Corporate Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will serve as a core finance partner supporting global planning, performance management, and decision-making. The role combines strong financial rigor with advanced analytics and process innovation, including the use of AI-driven insights and agentic automation to enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities 

• Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support global business decisions 

• Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities 

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models supporting budgeting, long-range planning, and investment decisions 

• Drive variance analysis and performance tracking, translating results into clear recommendations 

• Improve planning, forecasting, and reporting processes through standardization and automation 

• Leverage AI and agentic tools to automate data aggregation, variance explanations, and scenario generation, increasing speed and quality of insights 

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs 

• Support strategic initiatives through business cases and financial modeling 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 

• 5+ years in FP&A, accounting; corporate finance, or similar role 

• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a business partnering capacity 

• Exposure to advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven finance tools preferred 

• Global experience preferred 

• Travel is approx. 10% in Europe
