Sim is a platform to build autonomous AI agents for enterprise systems. Teams connect their integrations and Sim builds a knowledge graph of company data and processes; from there, they work with Sim to build and monitor the AI agents and workflows that run production systems.

Sim is talent-dense. We're looking for special people who are mission-driven, passionate, and creative.

We're a team of 10 working full-time, in person in San Francisco. We have a flat organization: you'll work directly with the founders and own your work from idea to execution. We sponsor visas.

About the Role

You'll own how people discover, understand, and adopt Sim. You'll work directly with the founders to translate technical capabilities into precise positioning, compelling product narratives, and launches that reach the right builders and teams. You'll own execution end to end: producing technical content and demos, testing distribution channels, and measuring their impact on activation and qualified pipeline. What you learn from these experiments will shape our positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product direction.

You may be a fit if

• You can understand a technical product deeply and translate it into precise messaging, compelling content, and credible demonstrations.

• You've built an audience, launched a product, or run growth experiments, and can explain how your work influenced adoption rather than just attention.

New graduates are welcome. We care about what you can do; projects, internships, and independent work count.

Compensation

$180K–$225K base plus a 0.2%–0.4% equity grant.
