About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Chandelier Bar team as a Food and Beverage supervisor. As a F&B Supervisor, candidates will take an active role in the supervision of the restaurant and/or bar. They anticipate guests' needs whilst greeting, seating and serving restaurant and/or bar guests. 

What You''ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring seamless service execution, maintaining exceptional standards, and providing hands-on support to the team as needed.

• Anticipate guest needs, deliver personalized service, and promptly resolve concerns to create memorable dining experiences.

• Manage guest feedback professionally, addressing complaints and recognizing compliments while communicating key insights to leadership.

• Support team success through daily service briefings, training, coaching, and participation in departmental meetings to uphold Four Seasons service standards.

• Partner with restaurant leadership to maintain the highest levels of service, presentation, hygiene, and operational excellence, while serving as Manager on Duty in their absence.

What You Bring

• High reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

• 2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage

• College degree or equivalent preferred.

• A Valid Work Authorization for the United States.

What To Expect

• Work a flexible work schedule of approximately 45 hours per week that includes mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Extended shifts may be needed.

• Work in a fast-paced environment that requires continuous movement and standing, engaging with guests and team members throughout your shift.
