POSITION SUMMARY:
The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by preparing, serving, and delivering food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. This role ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greeting guests warmly and replenish food and beverages
- Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages
- Prepare tables, service areas, and dining spaces before and after service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous manner
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with setup and breakdown for special functions including dishes
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food and beverage or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
