Fulton Hogan's Manufacturing Business located in Hazelmere is currently seeking a Fixed Plant Operator to join our Production team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for:

• Operate asphalt plant and/or loader to produce asphalt to specifications.

• Plan activities for production of asphalt.

• Communicate directly with customers to schedule orders and load vehicles.

• Work closely with quality control team to ensure asphalt meets customer specifications.

• Encourage safe work practices and ensure safety procedures are adhered to.

• Provide positive input at pre-starts, toolbox, and safety meetings.

• Comply with relevant company policies, procedures and site rules.

How you’ll connect to the role?

• Previous experience in a production environment would be an advantage but not essential.

• Commitment to workplace safety, quality and environmental practices.

• Availability to work extended hours, including night shift & weekends when required.

• Have some mechanical knowledge or experience in plant maintenance.

• A current WA Driver's License.
