About the role
 

We are looking for a Financial Services Administration Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Financial Services Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support to help distribute, market, and ensure compliance of Elders Financial Services products across the branch network for both existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operational tasks for Financial Services (FS) products, including prepayment adjustments, deposits, and third-party financier loans.
• Provide administrative support to the branch network for the distribution of FS products.
• Assist in preparing management reports and maintaining FS intranet and internet content in collaboration with Marketing.
• Support training of Elders staff in FS products and help manage debtors for livestock and wool loans.
• Contribute to procedure documentation and overall knowledge management.
• Participate in developing and delivering the team’s business plan, fostering a collaborative team culture, and modelling One Elders values.
• Ensure solutions are cost-effective and undertake additional duties as required.
• Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures, actively report hazards and incidents, and promote continual improvement in WHS performance.

About you

• Strong administration experience.
• Experience in agriculture, financial services, banking, or a related industry.
• Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and general PC proficiency.
• Proven customer service capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
