As Finance and Administrative Affairs Manager, you will become a key member of the management team, helping to ensure financial stability, strong governance, and efficient business operations that support our continued growth. 

This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with operational excellence. You will work closely with senior management and lead critical functions across finance, accounting, HR, and administration, contributing directly to the long-term success of BioMar Sagun.

Drive business performance through financial leadership 

As Finance and Administrative Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s strategic objectives through strong financial management, effective risk control, and efficient administrative processes. You will provide valuable business insights, ensure compliance with regulations, and help create a solid foundation for future growth. 

Working as part of the leadership team, you will guide and develop Finance, Accounting, HR, and Administrative functions while fostering collaboration across the organization. 

• Ensure accounting, finance, taxation, and financial reporting processes comply with all applicable regulations and legislation. 

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, financial analysis, and management reporting activities. 

• Develop and maintain effective internal controls, risk management practices, compliance processes, and business continuity initiatives. 

• Oversee administrative affairs, procurement activities, facility management, fleet operations, contract administration, and general support services. 

• Lead and develop Finance, Accounting, HR, and Administrative teams, including recruitment, performance management, training, payroll, and employee relations. 

Bring your expertise and leadership to a growing organization 

You bring a strong combination of financial expertise, leadership capability, and business understanding. You are comfortable working across both strategic and operational topics and can translate financial insights into actions that support business performance. 

You build strong relationships across the organization and take ownership of creating efficient processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting people and business development. Experience from a manufacturing environment will help you succeed in understanding the operational realities of the business. 

Must-have qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 

• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience within finance, accounting, human resources, and administrative functions. 

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, financial reporting, and Turkish labor legislation. 

• Experience with corporate risk management, internal control systems, compliance, business continuity planning, ERP systems, and MS Office applications. 

• Good command of English, both written and spoken. 

Nice-to-have qualifications: 

• CPA certification. 

• Experience from a manufacturing environment.
