Join our Statutory Reporting team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of financial reporting across both life and non-life insurance entities. This opportunity allows you to work closely with global stakeholders, contribute to critical regulatory filings and board reporting, and support strategic business initiatives through financial analysis and reporting expertise. Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage statutory and regulatory financial reporting deliverables for life and non-life insurance entities, including quarterly and annual filings, exhibits, schedules, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with business unit stakeholders to support financial close activities, related-party reporting, annual certifications, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate variances, monitor ledger activity, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Develop board reporting materials and financial analyses, including commentary on key financial results, trends, and unusual variances.
• Drive process improvements, maintain strong documentation, support audits and special projects, and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Experience using accounting and reporting systems and financial reporting tools such as Essbase, SmartView, general ledger platforms, or similar applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting certification.
• Experience with statutory reporting and regulatory filings for life and/or non-life insurance companies.
• Knowledge of related-party accounting, annual financial statement preparation, and insurance regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and working effectively within global teams.
