Your Role and Responsibilities 

•    Be responsible for the establishment, training and management of the professional AR, AP and TAX functions, define the job responsibilities and assessment standards for each position, formulate daily work processes and operation norms for the team, and ensure the efficient operation of the team.

•   Coordinate and arrange the daily work tasks of the team, allocate human resources reasonably, supervise the work progress and completion quality of each position, coordinate and solve problems arising in the work in a timely manner, and ensure that all financial work is completed on time and accurately.

•    Lead, coach, and develop the team, set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support career growth.

•    Champion automation and digitalization of processes, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query. Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and analysis processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, tax or other related majors

• More than 5 years of relevant financial work experience, including more than 3 years of team management experience
• Proficient in USGAAP, Chinese Accounting Standards, fiscal and tax regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills。
• Fluency in English-Written & spoken.
• High adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong drive for process improvement and simplification.
