Location

Finance Shared Service Manager

This role is accountable for leading the team to provide an end-to-end finance shared services to all Alleima entities in Greater China region, ensure accuracy and process compliance, as well as drive standardization, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Your Role

• Responsible for managing the team to implement the end-to-end finance operations and service delivery activities, which include AP/AR, general accounting, closing, reporting, tax, audits and controls according to IFRS, local legislation and Alleima processes and regulations in the finance areas.
• Establishes and maintains accounting, tax, and reporting policy, procedure, process and its controls.
• Ensure alignment with internal control framework, as well as with applicable laws and regulations, especially auditing, tax and SAFE etc. ensure that internal controls are implemented and operational.
• Act as the key contact for tax authorities, auditors and other external finance-related stakeholders.
• Ensure all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
• Lead and develop the Finance Shared Service team through performance management, coaching and capability development, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

• Lead or support finance-related projects, transformation initiatives and other priorities as assigned.
• Responsible for archiving of financial documents.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from full-time university.
• Min 8 years’ working experience in finance and accounting.
• Min 3 years’ experience as finance team manager role.
• Experience in multinational company and/or in finance shared service center is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting and regulatory compliance management, with good knowledge of PRC regulations and IFRS requirements.
• Good leadership, coaching and team development skills
• Customer-oriented leadership with strong problem-solving and service delivery mindset.
• Good ability of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capability.
• Good communication skills with English proficiency.
