YOUR MISSION

• Koordination und Begleitung von Accounting-Projekten
• Enge Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen im Rahmen bereichsübergreifender Projekte
• Unterstützung der Kolleg:innen bei vielfältigen Fragestellungen im Bereich Accounting
• Bilanzielle Bewertung und Beurteilung unterschiedlicher Geschäftsvorfälle und Sachverhalte
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des konsolidierten HGB-Abschlusses
• Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Reports
• Analyse bestehender Prozesse sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Abläufe
• Übernahme der Key-User-Funktion im Bereich Retail Accounting für relevante Projekte
• Kompetente Ansprechperson für Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfer.

YOUR TALENT

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in
• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP R/3
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität.
