Finance Intern 

We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in Finance at Kraft Heinz! As Finance intern, you will be generating and analyzing reports, assist in the preparation of financial reports, and conduct financial analyses.

The positions 

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. 

Depending on your profile, your experience and interests you will be supporting one of the following teams:

·       FP&A intern

·       Sales Finance Intern

·       Trade Investment Intern

·       Logistics Finance Intern

Tasks throughout the various roles can include: 

·       Financial & Analytical Support to Sales Teams and SC teams

·       Accrual management

·       Invoice management

·       Pricing management

·       Monthly Performance Review

·       Analysis of monthly closing

·       Preparation of routine reports

·       Dispute management

·       Promotional management

·       Master data support

·       Cost variance analysis

·       Forecasting

Qualifications
Job requirements: 

·       You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.  

·       You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master’s degree: 

 ·    Engineering / Supply Chain / Computer Science / Econometrics / Mathematics/ Business Administration / Finance / Economics.

·       You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.  

·       NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands). 

Professional Attributes: 

·       Computer proficiency: including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint. 

·       Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders. 

·       Ability to Simplify: We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated, when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges. 

·       Analytical: We’re a very data driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset. 

·       Project management skills: Time management has no secrets for you. You’re organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe. 

·       High pressure: You don’t get easily stressed by pressure; a demanding and dynamic environment is what keeps you energized. 

·       Team player: Self-motivated, flexible and a team player who likes to work with people within a multicultural environment. 

·       Eagerness to learn about Supply Chain & Logistics in an international, fast-moving environment.

Recruitment process

What We Offer You

• Program start date: January/February 2026
• Duration 6 months
• Allowance 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
• Location Amsterdam, hybrid 

This is a hybrid position – you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship. We do expect you to work from our office most of the week.
