Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Professional in F&A to support an experienced Management Accountant. Working in the Gurgaon-based back office of an European Multinational. Individual will be required to engage with the company's stake holders in international regions. The day-to-day functions will include Accounts Payable/Receivable.

Exceptional written and spoken English skills are essential. Previous experience working for a multinational organization, serving overseas clients will be an advantage. The Gurgaon Office Operates Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Keeping track of all financial process, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

• Maintaining historical records for all transactions.

• Reviewing stake holders and generally responding to all enquiries regarding finance.

• Preparing detailed SOPs and delivering on a timely manner by following all the guidelines.

• Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.

• Prepare financial reports.

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

• Managing all the transactional process (AR & AP).

• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.

• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

Requirements

• Freshers OR maximum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Account Payable.

• Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

• Flexible to work in shift.

• Eye for detail.
