As a Finance Consulting Generalist - Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Within our Assurance practice, you will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and provide comprehensive guidance and support. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, adapting to diverse challenges, and building meaningful client connections. You will develop your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work, while growing your personal brand and deepening your technical understanding of firm services.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored financial solutions that optimize performance and decision-making
- Collaborating with team members to provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in achieving financial goals
- Applying financial modeling techniques to assess and improve client financial strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic recommendations
- Complying with regulations and accounting standards to validate accurate financial reporting
- Preparing financial statements and conducting financial statement analysis to identify areas for improvement

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
