- Partner with senior leaders across the business, providing insight and challenge to support decision-making.
- Own financial reporting, forecasting and planning activities, ensuring information is accurate, complete and meaningful.
- Analyse cost performance, explain key trends and drivers, and provide recommendations that support business goals.
- Work closely with finance colleagues to improve reporting, share best practice and support continuous improvement.
- Experience in finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, management reporting or a similar finance role.
- Strong Excel, financial modelling and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- A professional finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, or working towards one.
