About the Role
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will provide detailed financial planning and analysis that drives strategic insight and supports business decision-making. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop forecasts, monitor budgets, and produce insightful analytics using advanced visualization tools.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with PowerBI/Tableau and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Big Query, Snowflake, MySQL).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Support the development of financial strategies, including payroll, budget, and cost management.
- Contribute to process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
About You
The essentials:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Tableau, and ERP systems (NetSuite, Bid Query, Snowflake, MySQL).
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- Highly proficient English language skills (B2+ minimum).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, and experienced in collaborating within a team environment.
- Experience with budgets, payroll, and developing financial strategy.
