Overview:

Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a File Room Attendant

Full-Time 40 hours 7:30AM - 4:00PM Mon - Fri

The File Room Attendant is responsible for the order entry process, communication and guest relations, medical record maintenance/analysis, and various non-technical/clerical duties. Demonstrates competency in the operation of radiologic systems for the management and transfer of digital images to complex media and converting images on film to digital formats.

Education

• HS Diploma or Equivalent GED (Required)

Certification/Licensure

• No certification required

Experience

• Medical Assistants and Medical Administrative Assistants will be considered with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical environment preferred.
