＜部門について＞

S＆Rでは病院で使用している医療機器の設置、点検、修理を行っている。日本の顧客のニーズにあったサービス体制を構築し、設置前事前調査、設置、修理及び保守サービスを営業部門及びマーケティング等と連携を取りながら実施する。顧客からの技術的問い合わせの回答を行い、苦情・不具合について、品質保証部門と連権しながら、問題解決にあたる。US本社の技術部門と連携を取りながら、高いレベルの技術サポートを行えるように最新の技術情報を学び実践をする。高いサービス品質を顧客に提供をする。

＜業務内容＞

• 装置の安定稼働を目的として保守点検および故障修復業務とそれに伴う請求等の業務

• 症例立会業務

• 顧客とコミュニケーションを行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う

• データ分析業務を行い、オペレーション改善を行う

• 顧客からの不具合・苦情の問い合わせ対応業務を行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う

• 修理・点検業務（フィールドサービス、内勤業務を含む）

• 他事業の製品を取り扱う

　　　　➣メカニカル医療機器の修理・点検業務

　　　　➣電子医療機器（患者監視装置、治療器等）の修理・点検・ソフトウェアアップデート業務

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience

• 電機/機械工学分野での業務経験

• フィールドサービス業務

• 医療業界の知識

上記のいずれかを有していること

Skill / Knowledge

• コミュニケーション能力（顧客対応）

• MSオフィス（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）を用いた文書作成に必要なPCスキル

• 宿泊を伴う国内及び海外出張ができること

• 夜間及び休日の作業に対応できること

Competency

• 普通自動車運転免許
