2020 Companies is now hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor!

The Field Success Operations Supervisor will work with the Field Success Manager and team members to process new hires timely and accurately plus complete other related tasks.  This role will also have management functions to oversee day-to-day activities of staff.  To be successful in this position the Supervisor should be effective and efficient in all the following skills, qualifications, and knowledge.

Job Description:

• Process new hires via data file uploads timely and accurately

• Complete audit reports accurately as needed

• Supervise, mentor, and coach the team on day to day activities, Field Success related tasks, prioritization and work planning

• Properly inform Field Success Manager, Ops Director of area activities and relevant information

• Assist with setup and maintenance of new hires

• Assist the Field Success Manager with the development and implementation of policies, practices and procedures

• Facilitate strong customer service relationships with both internal and external customers

• Consistently display leadership while maintaining a positive attitude and being a good example at all times

• Stay current on new programs, processes, procedures

• Ensure Field Success goals and tasks are completed on schedule

• Ensure data and system integrity are maintained at all times

• Proactively anticipate and resolve issues utilizing expertise, experience, judgment, creativity and foresight

• Perform all other tasks as assigned

• Proactively support and motivate department personnel

Management functions

• Ability to manage & oversee day to day functions of a staff of 6-8 employees

• Willingness to jump in and assist team members during workload peaks

• Administer performance reviews

• Build & foster a team oriented culture

• Identify efficiencies and implement processes to execute efficiencies

Qualifications

• Expert level Excel user (XML Connector experience a plus)

• 2 yr experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)

• 2 years experience managing direct reports

• Strong communication skills (verbal and oral)

• Outstanding organization skills
